Publisher 505 Games will be offering “new reveals and behind-the-scenes sneak peeks” during New York Comic Con (NYCC) 2018 in a panel loaded with the talent behind Control. For those of you who don’t know, Control is an action-adventure third-person shooter video game from celebrated development studio Remedy Entertainment (Max Payne, Alan Wake).

The upcoming NYCC 2018 panel, A New York Mystery: Meet the Cast of Control, will feature “an unprecedented look” into how the game was created along with a new character reveal and more behind-the-scenes content.

Featuring Remedy’s creative director Sam Lake, and the title’s talented actors, including familiar faces Courtney Hope (Quantum Break, Star Wars: The Old Republic, The Bold and the Beautiful), James McCaffrey (Max Payne 1-3, Alan Wake, Rescue Me, Jessica Jones) and Matthew Poretta (Alan Wake, The Good Wife), the panel will also offer “exclusive sneak peeks of the game’s making of process with the actors and revelations about the headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Control.”

Following the panel, NYCC 2018 attendees will be able to meet the game’s talent for an autograph session.

  • When: Friday, October 5 at 6:30 p.m. EDT
  • Where: Javits Center, Room 1A18
  • What: Panel with the creator and cast discussing how they are bringing the game’s characters to life, New York’s role in the story, and the creative process behind the upcoming title.

Post-panel cast and creator autograph signing:

I have covered titles from 505 Games before. That is why I am looking forward to Remedy Entertainment’s latest offering. Other upcoming projects from the publisher include Overkill’s The Walking Dead, Indivisible, and Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

Feel free to let us know what you think of Control.
