What We Know From ET’s Hit The Floor Season 4 Set Visit!

Hit the Floor Till Death Do Us Part Hit the Floor Season 4
No more Ahsha in Hit the Floor Season 4

Fans have been waiting patiently for Hit the Floor Season 4 to air on BET. While we still have a few more months to go, the good news is that a recent set visit from ET does offer some interesting scoop about what to expect from the upcoming episodes.

Hit the Floor is known for its killer dance routines and mysterious plotlines. Looking at the ET set visit video, those things are sure to return for the fourth season. However, some new players are going to be introduced. So, let’s break all of the information down!

Teyana Taylor as London

We already knew about Teyana joining the show. In the video, the actress described her character, London, as someone who’s coming back from “a big scandal” and is trying to “find herself again.” She also pointed out that London isn’t the villain. She’s a person who hit rock bottom and is now building herself up.

Hit the Floor creator James LaRosa described London as the show’s version of Hester Prynne from The Scarlet Letter. London is “someone who has been through hell.

Actress Katherine Bailess, who plays Kyle Hart on the show, talked about London being a character who’ll bring a different vibe.

After hearing all of that, I’m looking forward to what Teyana’s London brings to the table. Also, I don’t know about you all, but I’m a fan of Teyana’s voice. As long as she’s talking, I’ll listen.

Cort King as Pax

Cort described Pax as a rookie who’ll help the audience see the world of Hit the Floor through innocent eyes.

Tiffany Hines as Eve

Tiffany described her character as somebody who works for the league and has ties to the Devils. We get to see her when the Devils are “kind of going through a transition period.”

Kyndall as Jamie

Kyndall said that Jamie’s very “driven” and “determined.” She’s someone who’s trying to become Queen Bee. Kyndall also hinted at some tension between Jamie and London.

What About Jude and Derek?

James LaRosa knows the fandom wants answers. He used the word “dramatic” when asked about Jude (Brent Antonello) and Derek’s respective relationship status. Both Zero (Adam Senn) and Ahsha Hayes (Taylour Paige) won’t be returning for Hit the Floor Season 4. This means fans won’t be getting their Zude-scenes and Derek won’t get to interact with his wife, Ahsha.

McKinley Freeman, who plays Derek Roman, also mentioned that stuff was going to get messy.

As for how long fans will have to wait to get their answers, James said he doesn’t like making fans wait too long. So, I guess, we’ll find out soon enough once the eight-episode fourth season premieres this summer on BET.

I can’t wait to see how James handles the situation and progresses Jude and Derek as characters. Let’s see what “killer story” James has rewarded Brent with. I’m literally holding my breath!

  1. I hate that the reason I was watching the show in the first place is the love story between Derek and Ahsha. And Ahsha ‘s parents the story line. Now I see I will miss season four.

  2. Without Derek and Asha there’s no need to watch for me. Olivia was the utimate villian and she’s no longer a cast memeber. Nah, this should have ended with the wedding as planned. If it aint broke stop trying to fix it BET.

  3. All the good characters are gone what’s the point i was excited but now hope something else better is on bad move you gonna lose a lot of viewers good luck

  4. I agree with others. Asha and Derek was a big part of the story line. This season better bring it strong because with some the most liked characters not returning I dont wont to get bored. The last season should have been it for this series. BET always trying to save the day. Somethinga dont need to be saved. Anyways we shall see what’s in store for hit the floor season 4. Good luck and I’m looking forward to watching.

  5. What a blow off the only reason I watch hit the floor is for Asha an Derek now it sucks if they dont bring her back the new girls an character can compared to Asha

  6. Look Mr. Producer, I don’t want to tell you how to do your job but I personally think that if Asha is being removed from the cast, you should do so by settling the situation with her and Derek logically and also let it appear as them finally confronting each other. It is very sad to see the movie drivers being separated. I need to see Asha’s face. I never get the person who is playing the character “london”. London is not as naturally talented as Asha, don’t compare them please!!!

    1. I agree the storyline is messed up, all that Ahsha went through to be with Derek and now he’s with an oddball, bring Ahsha back, bring her back pregnant with twins

  7. Bring back Ahsha, pregnant with twins, stop killing off the star of the shows, the love story between her and Derek was like Melanie and Derwin from the game they had the same chemistry, the Derek and London team is odd.
