Teen Wolf 6B Gets July Premiere Date! Show Heads to San Diego Comic-Con Hall H

Teen Wolf 6B Riders on the Storm Stiles Lydia Stydia

After months of waiting, fans finally have a Teen Wolf 6B premiere date. MTV’s supernatural show will return on July 30, 2017, at 8 p.m.

Along with 6B airing this month, the series will also head to San Diego Comic-Con one last time. Teen Wolf 6B will consist of 10 episodes. In true Teen Wolf fashion, it will also be introducing new characters, as if we didn’t already have enough people running around in Beacon Hills.

One new character is named Halwyn. He’s being described as “a former resident of Eichen House who just so happens to be a hundred-year-old Hellhound with mysterious ties to an ancient evil now threatening Beacon Hills in the aftermath of the Ghost Riders and the Wild Hunt.” (via EW)

So, get ready for another Hellhound! Because the writers did such a good job explaining one that’s already in Beacon Hills. Halwyn (Hale?) will be played by actor Casey Deidrick. He also tweeted a photo. The rest of the new characters include…check the season 6 Wiki page. Also, Colton Haynes, who played Jackson back in seasons one and two, is returning.

Coming to the Comic-Con news, for some reason, the show ended up arranging a panel in Hall H. The upcoming panel will include Tyler Posey, Dylan Sprayberry, Cody Christian, Shelley Hennig, Khylin Rhambo, and Jeff Davis. Considering Dylan O’Brien, Holland Roden, and even Tyler Hoechlin aren’t included, I have a tough time understanding how they’re going to fill up the seats. It could be that the Teen Wolf panel is counting on an audience that’s sitting in the hall for other media content. The panel is scheduled to start at 2 p.m on July 20, 2017.

A preview announcing the premiere was also released. It has a lot of flashbacks. Either the show is trying to reconnect with its old fans or there wasn’t any quality footage for them to use.

For fans who are waiting to see Stiles and Derek in Teen Wolf 6B, there has been no official confirmation so I wouldn’t get my hopes up. You’ll be better off looking forward to what Aeriel’s Animations will create next.
