Sleepy Hollow

This show, which premiered last week, takes the classic Sleepy Hollow legend and throws it 250 years into the future to our present day.  Ichabod Crane, along with police officer Abbie Mils, must stop the Headless Horseman before he reclaims his head and wrecks havoc on the earth.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Coulson’s not quite dead yet.  This extension of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings everyone’s favorite S.H.I.E.L.D. agent back from the dead in this weekly one hour drama.  It’s created by Joss Whedon, so expect to laugh just as much as you will cry.

Dracula

This re-imagining of the classic story is brought to us by the creators of Carnivale.  Dracula goes to London under the guise of wanting to bring modern science to Victorian society, but but truthfully, his real motive is revenge.

Almost Human

Karl Urban stars in this futuristic sci fi drama.  Thirty five years from now LA cops are paired with life like androids.  Karl Urban plays a cop with a distrust of androids and it just so happens the one that he’s paired with exhibits human emotions.

The Blacklist

James Spader stars in this crime drama.  Raymond “Red” Reddington is the FBI’s most wanted, but he surrenders himself and offers to cooperate only if he is allowed to work with rookie FBI profiler Elizabeth Keen.

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland

This fantasy-drama series is a spin off of the popular Once Upon a Time show on ABC. Focusing in Victorian London, characters from Lewis Caroll’s Alice in Wonderland will be brought to life with all of the drama and panache that Once Upon a Time is known for.

The Tomorrow People

This supernatural drama focuses on a group of young people who posses superpowers that are the result of human evolution.

Witches of East End

Based on the novel by Maria de la Cruz, this drama focuses on a group of witches with lineage dating back to before the Salem Witch Trials.  The series and the book are set in modern day Long Island.

Reign

This period drama follows the early years of Mary Queen of Scots.

The Originals

This spin off of The Vampire Diaries is set in New Orleans.  It follows the lives of the three remaining vampires Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah as they attempt to take down Klaus’s protege Marcel.
