More Funko News From Toy Fair New York

Funko News

As promised, there’s even more Funko news from Toy Fair New York. We’ve compiled all the reveals below, so cruise the galleries to find out more!

To catch up on our first batch of Funko news, check out yesterday’s Funko product reveal roundup. There were a lot of product announcements so go check it out!

Now that Toy Fair has officially kicked off and Funko has tweeted a bunch more news about what products they’ve brought to the show floor, let’s break it down.

Hello Kitty

The first bit of Funko news we have comes in the form of a batch of super cute Hello Kitty Pops! They’ve brought out a couple of themes including Team USA and Boku no Hero Academia. This only further solidifies the news we brought yesterday that Boku no Hero Academia is the biggest property represented by Funko at the Toy Fair this year.

Look at those cute Pops! Hello Kitty herself is All Might, with other Sanrio characters representing Deku, Froppy, Uravity, Bakugo, and Todoroki. While neither my favorite BNHA character (Aizawa) or my favorite Sanrio character (Chococat) are represented here, in my heart I know those two would be a match made in Heaven. Does anyone want to make some fanart? I’m all for it.

Check out the second slide for the exclusive stickers (Hot Topic, Target, and Box Lunch), and the third slide for Team USA previews.

Marvel Zombies

The Avengers and other Marvel Pops! announced yesterday now have some company! Check out these Marvel Zombie figures and keychains!

Paka Paka

I just knew the vague Paka Paka Funko news from yesterday couldn’t be all that we’d get. They’ve now tweeted out several Paka Paka sets including Boo Hollow, Cloud Cats, Toilet Ninjas, and Twisted Treats.

Pop! Candy

We now have Pop! candy! Funko has brought the DC and Marvel products to the fair to showcase. Check them out!

Gashouse Gang

Funko describes the Gashouse Gang as follows:

Your kid’s grossest new collectible obsession is GASHOUSE GANG! Give these nasty creatures a squeeze for multiple disgusting sounds!

Um, ew? This product definitely isn’t aimed at me. But if you’ve got kids who are totally into gross things, this might be right up their alley.

Boogey Monsters

Continuing with our ‘gross products aimed at kids’ theme, we have Boogey Monsters, which Funko describes as follows:

Kids can use a monster finger to pick a collectible BOOGEY MONSTER figure from a nose full of slime. Get ready for a gross-out good time!

Again, ew! But okay, there are kids out there who will dig this, so have at it I guess.

Pop! Albums – The Notorious B.I.G

And now we make a dramatic pivot away from products aimed at kids, and look at the new Pop! Album line of products. Funko has introduced this line with The Notorious B.I.G.

Funko is proud to introduce Pop! Albums, which is launching with one of the most iconic rappers of all time – The Notorious B.I.G.

Funko News

Today’s announcements were significantly fewer than yesterday, but they are out there on the floor showcasing their products as we speak. Go check out our Twitter account for live updates from the floor!
