Marvel Studios WILL Be in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con

SDCC Hall H Marvel Studios

According to the Big Boss Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios will be at San Diego Comic-Con with a Hall H panel!

Kevin Feige announced that Marvel Studios will be returning to San Diego Comic-Con with a Hall H panel this year. There was early speculation that they may skip this year in order to save their announcements for D23, which they’ve done a few times in the past. This isn’t a consistent indicator of whether they’ll be present, though. Many of us were holding out hope that the rumors could be wrong. And hey, it looks like they were wrong! And I couldn’t be happier to hear it.

The announcement is still vague about what exactly they’ll be bringing, but at this point, many of us are just happy they’ll be there at all. She-Hulk is a very likely candidate since there are already banners all over San Diego for it. There are also Halloween and Christmas specials coming up on Disney+ that could be teased here. And, of course, there is Secret Invasion, which is going to be the next big thing in the MCU. Secret Invasion seems to be the thing Feige has been not-so-subtly teasing, so if I was putting money on something to be at SDCC, it’d be this.

As far as Marvel films go, we have a lot coming our way. The most immediate one will be Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, due to be released in theaters on November 11, 2022. We also have Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania on February 17, 2023, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 on May 5, 2023, The Marvels on July 28, 2023, and an as-of-yet unscheduled Fantastic Four movie.

I suspect they’ll hold back on The Marvels and Fantastic Four, but I’m not sure which of the others they may focus on. Surely they’ll hold some things for D23, but I’m not sure what. A tweet from James Gunn, however, makes me think Guardians of the Galaxy will be there in some form. I would guess that both the movie and the Christmas Special will be teased.

Congratulations, con goers! See you in Hall H.
