MMO fans have a new title to look forward to. Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore will be available on Early Access come July 18, 2023.

From developer Blankhans, the upcoming survival MMO Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore will take players into the fictional land of Torementosia, a nation that has been torn apart by the evil Sorgoth. Only six kingdoms and a newfound refuge of Coreheim remain. They all provide essential resources to aid with maintaining a new kind of technology that is known as the Ultracore.

As players work with others to help rebuild the fractured land, they will soon discover that there’s more going on than what meets the eye. Players can discover hidden lore and face special enemies and collect resources as they piece together Tormentosia history.

The gameplay mechanics include claiming a piece of land and the ability to build and grow a thriving town. You can cooperate with other players during adventures in PvE online play to defeat Sorgoth’s forces and take back conquered areas. Of course, the system also includes the ability to create new armor and weapons.

Seasonal events and festivities will allow players to relax and have fun with their friends, showcasing that the gameplay isn’t all about defeating numerous enemies.

Judging by the trailer, you can tell that this title does need to be developed more, but the potential seems to be there. I did enjoy the moments where the characters are chilling. I too would love to sit around a campfire with a group of friends in a fantastical world. There also seems to be a focus on building a sense of community.

The upcoming Early Access version will allow players to experience a lot of what Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore has to offer. You will be able to craft items, build towns from scratch, specialize in certain skills and professions, and much more.

You can go ahead and Wishlist the game right now on Steam. Other players can be interacted with via the game’s official Discord server. As of writing this, the Discord server has more than 13,000 members. The dev team looks forward to listening to player feedback to help improve the title.
