For those wondering, the Victor and Valentino animated series does offer queer representation with Xochi being one of the queer characters.

The main characters, as the title states, are Victor and Valentino with Valentino being Victor’s older half-brother. Victor’s the excitable and mischievous one while Valentino’s more cautious and smarter. They go by Vic and Val.

I’m all for animated series showcasing diverse cultures and backgrounds. Crunchyroll recently debuted Onyx Equinox, which is a more adult-oriented animated series exploring Mesoamerican culture.
