Freeform’s 31 Nights of Halloween Kicks Off Spooky Season
31 Nights of Halloween is here! Starting October 1st, 2021, Freeform celebrates the beginning of their highly anticipated annual programming event.
We here at The Geekiary love 31 Nights of Halloween! Premiering classics like Halloweentown, The Craft, and Casper, Freeform is delivering a line-up like no other. 31 days of the best in spooky ooky entertainment lie at your fingertips starting Friday, October 1st with The Addams Family and ending October 31st with Hocus Pocus.
Prepare to stay in and get cosy for this yearly tradition. Programming includes iconic Halloween Classics Hocus Pocus, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, and The Addams Family (1991), plus Freeform Premieres of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Jaws, and Men in Black II, among! Many! More!
Kicking off the event, Freeform hosted its annual Halloween Road that will run until October 5th in Los Angeles. From Freeform’s press release:
The outdoor, immersive event will feature the worlds of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, Hocus Pocus, The Addams Family and other spooktacular surprises filled with games, photo moments, live entertainment and prizes! This year, Hyundai has joined in on the fun as a presenting sponsor to make Halloween Road come alive with tricks, treats and haunting photo opps.
Stars of Freeform and other Hollywood projects were there to celebrate the arrival of spooky season. Good Trouble‘s Cierra Ramirez, Kara Wang, and Emma Hunton looked stunning while indulging in the many photo ops set up throughout.
Iconic rocker Pete Wentz was on site as well as The Bachelorette‘s Katie Thurston and John Hersey. Miles Brown from grown-ish and Afterlife’s Jason Reitman and Mckenna Grace brought groups of friends to celebrate with them!
