TV Series ‘9-1-1’ & ‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ Crossover Images Shared Online
As a fan of 9-1-1: Lone Star, I guess I need to be ready for the show to crossover with 9-1-1 next year.
Showrunner Tim Minear shared an exciting image from the upcoming 9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Lone Star crossover on his Twitter account. The scene features the characters T.K. Strand, Evan Buckley, Marjan Marwani, and Meh.
Brian Michael Smith, who plays Paul Strickland on 9-1-1: Lone Star, also shared a picture in which his character’s standing next to Mateo Chavez.
Story details surrounding the images haven’t been revealed. However, certain fans have speculated that the 9-1-1: Lone Star team will travel to help the 9-1-1 crew due to the disaster shown in the promotional material for 9-1-1 Season 4.
Also, because of certain characters wearing facemasks, you know what the upcoming episodes will be dealing with.
While I’m familiar with 9-1-1 and how successful it is, I couldn’t get into it. However, I do try to keep an eye on what’s happening in the passionate fanbase surrounding the characters Buck and Eddie. And with Tarlos (the name of the canon romantic pairing between Carlos and TK) also having a passionate fandom, I can’t wait for more crossover fan-made content.
As for more 9-1-1: Lone Star news, Gina Torres has joined the second season as Tommy Vega. According to TVLine, her character is a paramedic captain who retired to raise her twin daughters. However, because of the pandemic (you know what I’m talking about) impacting her husband’s restaurant, Tommy will re-enter the workforce after eight years to support her family.
Liv Tyler, who played Michelle Blake during the first season of 9-1-1: Lone Star, wasn’t able to return for the second season due to travel concerns over what we’re facing in the real world.
Both shows will return with new seasons on Monday, January 18, 2021. Of course, I will be covering the Tarlos drama!
