If you’re a fan of the iconic Universal Monsters, you’re going to love this offering from Loot Crate. This limited-edition six-mask series includes Frankenstein, The Mummy, and more!

According to the press release we got, the Universal Monsters Mark Series was created through a team-up between NECA and Universal Brand Development. These six latex display masks won’t be available anywhere else. So, if you’re a collector, you better order now!

The description reads:

This monstrous series of limited-edition display masks include Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Phantom of the Opera, Frankenstein, and The Mummy. Subscribers to the first four masks in the series will receive The Wolfman and Dracula bonus masks for free – they will not be sold separately!

Each highly-detailed sculpted mask – sculpted by Mortar Heads the art of Mark Enright – is an homage to the Universal mini-monster figure collection from Remco, with packaging that follows the look of the classic Remco blister card fronts.

You can order by December 7 at 9 pm PT to get mask #1. Doing so will make you automatically subscribed to get masks #2, #3, and #4.

Take note; orders placed after December 7 will begin with mask #2, and mask #1 will only be available with the full 4-crate plan.

Due to these masks being from NECA, you just know they will be of high-quality.

I’m a fan of these iconic monsters. Back in October of 2018, I reviewed the Blu-ray release of the Universal Classic Monsters: Complete 30-Film Collection

Universal has been working on bringing back these monsters to the big screen for modern viewers. Released in February of 2020, The Invisible Man was a huge success for the studio. A reboot of The Wolf Man is also in the works with actor Ryan Gosling as the lead.
