The current Captain Planet Capsule Collection is officially licensed and quantity is quite limited. So, you will need to hurry if you want all three T-shirts and have a tree planted. Take note; each Tee has been made from an eco-friendly fabric with recycled material. The fabrication is moisture-wicking and has been created from approximately 3 recycled poly (RPET) bottles.

There are three designs in the current collection. Each will cost you $25 plus shipping and handling.

As for the Captain Planet Foundation, for 30 years, it has been committed to working collaboratively to engage and empower young people to be problem-solvers for the planet. You can learn more about the foundation by visiting the official website.

The Captain Planet and the Planeteers animated series debuted back in September of 1990. It went on to run for 113 episodes over the course of 6 seasons, ending in May of 1996. Of course, fans are still waiting for it to be rebooted because the new generation needs such content to help understand the importance of caring for Earth and Mother Nature. I learned a lot from this show as a kid.

The series had a crossover with OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes in episode 34 ‘The Power Is Yours’ which aired on October 9, 2017.
