Announced during Beyblade Day (March 21, 2025), the Beyblade X IP is expanding in a huge way. ADK Emotions NY Inc. and T-Licensing Inc. have shared that the Beyblade X World Championship 2025 will begin in April, with the final tournament happening in Tokyo, Japan in October.

Along with the exciting news about the worldwide championship, the Beyblade X IP also saw an addition of new products from Hasbro.

Let’s talk about the tournament first. Regional tournament winners from across the globe will have to compete to become known as the top Blader. There are two categories in the competition. The Regular Class will be for ages 8 to 12, but some regions may vary and allow participants as young as 6 years old to participate in the fun. The Open Class is meant for ages 13 and up. However, when it comes to Japan and some parts of Asia, the minimum age requirement is 7 years old.

The event, spanning months, will lead to the final two-day battle at the Tokyo Tower on Saturday, October 11, 2025 – Sunday, October 12, 2025. As of right now, the participating regions are the United States, Canada, France, Taiwan, Brazil, and more. Additional details will be released down the line.

We are incredibly grateful for our Beyblade fans around the world, and we cannot wait to introduce the 2025 Beyblade World Championship in their honor,” said a representative from ADK Emotions NY. “This global event is designed to bring Bey-fans together, celebrating the passion, skill, and dedication that unite Bladers everywhere. Get ready… 3-2-1, let it rip!”

Along with all of that, Amazon is hosting the Digital Beyblade X Championship in the Beyblade X app for 4 weeks. Even though owning a Beyblade isn’t required to participate, you can scan your tops in the app to increase your chances of victory. Winners will be rewarded with in-app prizes.

As for Hasbro, Amazon has launched pre-orders for the new Beyblade X Tops, including the first CX-line Hasbro tops. The latest offerings include:

For the best place to fight it out, there’s the portable Beyblade X Clash and Carry Beystadium Battle Arena by Hasbro. It’s available via Amazon and will be making its way to other major retailers this Spring. As the name states, this particular arena can be folded up for travel convenience and storage.

There’s also the Beyblade X Drop Attack Battle Set. This one has an elevated X-Celerator Rail that provides higher elevation to the tops. Your Beys can drop down on your opponent for some awesome action. It will launch at most major retailers Fall of 2025.

Closing this post by mentioning the Beyblade X anime series, it debuted back on October 6, 2023. As of writing this post, the series has aired a total of 72 episodes. As a fan of the action comedy anime, I’m glad to see it continue.

The opening theme eats!
