Happy news for fans of the TV shows The CW has ordered new seasons for! The current Arrowverse is here to stay along with Riverdale, Jane the Virgin, Supernatural, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.

The CW has renewed a total of 10 TV series including Riverdale, Jane the Virgin, and more. Here’s the complete list of shows getting another season:

The network has not announced the premiere dates for the renewed series. Also, fans of other shows on The CW will have to wait until May to know the fates of Valor, Life Sentence, The 100, and iZombie.

As The CW expands to a six-night, Sunday through Friday schedule next season, we are proud to have such a deep bench of great returning series for 2018-19,” said CW president Mark Pedowitz. “By picking these ten series up for next season, we have a terrific selection of programming to choose from when we set our fall schedule in May, with more still to come. And I’m especially happy that we’ll continue to work with the incredibly talented casts, producers, and writers who create the series our fans are so passionate about.”

I’m glad the Arrowverse continues to exist. Also, with DC’s Legends of Tomorrow getting another season, Constantine (played by Matt Ryan) will now be a series regular.

Riverdale getting another season was expected considering the viewing numbers of the currently airing second season. Netflix helped this series gain a lot of new viewers. Let’s see just how messy this show can get!

As for Jane the Virgin, Gina Rodriguez did hint that the series will end with its fifth season.

Here’s to hoping iZombie and The 100 get new seasons, too!

Feel free to share your thoughts about the renewals with us.
