DC Universe Online has been Released for Xbox One
Now Xbox One owners can also enjoy DC Universe Online because Daybreak Game Company has released it for the said platform. It is time to start your journey as a hero or a villain. The DC Comics-inspired universe is yours for the taking!
According to IGN, you can download and play DC Universe Online for free on your Xbox One if you’re already an Xbox Live Gold member. Not only that, in order to entice players, Xbox players will be receiving three exclusive in-game items such as Powered-Up Emblem, Vapor Aura, and Powered-Up Cape.
The game was released back in 2011 and since then it has kept players interested by constantly releasing new content. The multiplayer online game recently received the Batman v Superman content DLC which also came with a Batman v Superman PvP tournament. Episodes are also available through updates. These episodes provide players with additional missions to level up their characters and collect useful loot items.
These new episodes are available for individual purchase. They can also be accessed if players already have a DC Universe Online membership. All content which has been released till now will be accessible for new Xbox players. Xbox One owners don’t have to worry about waiting to enjoy future DLC releases because all new content will be made available simultaneously on all platforms.
I have played DCUO and it is quite enjoyable. Players create a new character, decide if they’ll play as a hero or a villain, select their gender, body type, personality, movement mode, power, and weapon. After naming their character, they enter the DC inspired Universe where they will have to play through various missions and eventually become a member of the Justice League or The Society.
