Are you ready to go Plus Ultra? Global phenomenon My Hero Academia is returning for season 7 on May 4, exclusively on Crunchyroll (except in Asia). New episodes will premiere weekly on Saturdays at 2:30 am PST, simulcast with Japan.

The thrilling continuation of the anime series based on the popular Kohei Horikoshi manga of the same name, season 7 sees Deku and the other UA students preparing for the inevitable war as the decisive battle between heroes and villains approaches. This latest season is once again produced by the animation studio BONES, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

Additionally, Crunchyroll will be streaming a special four-episode event called My Hero Academia: Memories starting this Saturday, April 6. These episodes will also be simulcast with Japan weekly at 2:30 am PST. My Hero Academia: Memories will recap the entire series so far, from Deku’s entrance into UA High School in season 1 all the way up to the Dark Hero arc of season 6. This way, audiences will be able to catch up on everything just in time for the season 7 premiere.

Both My Hero Academia: Memories and My Hero Academia Season 7 will be dubbed in English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, and Italian. We do not yet know the date of the dub premieres; they will be announced at a later time.

Season 7 is directed by Naomi Nakayama, with series composition by Yosuke Kuroda.

Additional production staff includes Chief Director Kenji Nagasaki, character designs by Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima, art direction by Shigemi Ikeda and Yukiko Maruyama, color design by Kazuko Kikuchi, cinematography direction by Takafumi Sawa, editing by Kumiko Sakamoto, sound direction by Masafumi Mima, and music by Yuki Hayashi. The opening theme song will be performed by TK from Ling Tosite Sigure, who previously sang the opening theme song “Unravel” for Tokyo Ghoul.
