[adult swim] at NYCC: Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter

Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter, wears neon and hunts werewolves, and that’s about all the cast was willing to share with us! Although they were at New York Comic Con promoting their new 30-minute, live action, Adult Swim miniseries, the cast were frustratingly tight-lipped about what we can expect. The show started as a joke by creator Jon Glaser, who wore an odd getup to Jimmy Fallon when talking about the end of his show Delocated, and it just grew from there. While Joe’s Coors-covered pants (Coors is, after all, “the silver bullet”) do not make an appearance, the neon does, as the sleepy town of Garrity, Vermont, must call on Joe in the wake of a plague of werewolf attacks.

I spoke to creator Jon Glaser as well as cast members Steve Little, Steve Cirbus, Scott Adsit, and Stephanie March about the show, their characters, and their favorite werewolf movies.

Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter premieres Monday, December 7th on Adult Swim and will air over five consecutive nights.
