Third and Final Season of Queer-Led Crime Drama “Hightown” Gets January 2024 Debut!
The queer-led crime drama Hightown will debut its third and final season on Starz come January 26, 2024. While I’m disappointed to see such a well-written show conclude, I’m glad that fans will get to enjoy a proper ending.
With the season two finale airing back in December 2021, fans of Hightown have had to sit through a very long wait for the third installment to be released. But hey! At least, we are finally getting a third and final season. And I have a feeling the wait will be worth it as creator Rebecca Cutter brings everything to a close for the remaining cast of characters.
According to what’s been shared about how the third season will play out, Fishery Service Agent Jackie Quiñones (Monica Raymund) has been described as being “off the wagon and off the force”, however, she’s still adamant about doing her work involving missing women and murdered sex workers. Her mission continues to link her to Cape Cod’s dark underbelly, with the narrative exploring drug addiction, corruption, drug dealers, and more.

Things remain tough for Ray Abruzzo (James Badge Dale) and Alan Santille (Dohn Norwood) as they try to put a stop to drug syndicates. A new player named Shane Frawley enters the dangerous game, looking to be part of Cape Cod’s drug trade. Frawley’s entrance puts him at odds with Osito. The third season will be about new alliances being formed and old loyalties being questioned.
I can’t wait to see the mess the characters will get into this time around. And with it being the final season, I’m also a bit worried about who will manage to make it out alive.

Hightown season 3 will air on Starz on Friday, January 26, 2024, at midnight ET on the STARZ app, all STARZ streaming and on-demand platforms. On linear, the show will debut on STARZ on Friday, January 26, 2024, at 9 PM ET/PT in the U.S. and Canada.
