Fandom Party Returns to New York Comic Con October 18

It’s THE after party of the convention. A fan favorite at San Diego Comic-Con, the Fandom Party is coming back to New York Comic Con on October 18. The party will be a double celebration, as Fandom turns 20 on October 18, and co-sponsor Universal Orlando is celebrating the launch of their newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe.

The party will be held  The Venue on Music Row at the Hard Rock Hotel in Times Square on Friday, October 18 from 8:00pm – 12:00am. As always, NYCC’s coolest after party will bring together fans, celebrities, influencers, industry partners, and press for a fun-filled night to remember. And there will be performances from a special musical guest, who has yet to be revealed.

Snagging tickets for this bash is extremely difficult, but with free food and drinks, it’s well worth the hassle if you’re able to get one! Make sure you’re following @getfandom on social media for your chance to win. It says “giveaway” in the social media posts, but knowing Fandom, that could mean anything. And news could drop at any moment, so be prepared!

In honor of Fandom’s 20th birthday, the lucky fans who are able to attend will be able to enjoy a curated night of immersive experiences, including:

  • An interactive photo booth experience and scavenger hunt highlighting the five immersive worlds coming to the all-new Universal Epic Universe theme park opening in 2025
  • An AR experience and collectible pin from partner Pinfinity
  • Fandom arcade games filled with fun prizes to celebrate Fandom’s 20th anniversary
  • And so much more!

If you’re a theme park fan, you won’t want to miss the “Universal Epic Universe: The Creation of Universal’s Game-Changing New Theme Park” panel, on Saturday October 19 at 6:30pm in room 406.3. Hear members of the Universal Destinations & Experiences creative team talk all about this new adventure!
