“Drag Race Thailand” Season 3 Introduces 11 Contestants Before October Premiere!

It’s been a very long wait for the Drag Race fandom and their patience will soon be rewarded. Drag Race Thailand is all set to debut on October 16, 2024, with 11 contestants fighting it out to be crowned Thailand’s Next Drag Superstar.

Officially announced back in 2023, the third installment in the fan-favorite Drag Race Thailand series (a spin-off in the iconic and ever-growing RuPaul’s Drag Race franchise), has announced the 11 contestants taking part in the competitive reality show.

We have Benze Diva, Frankie Wonga, Gawdland, Gigi Ferocious, Kara Might, Nane Sphera, Siam Phusri, Shortgun, Spicy Sunshine, Srirasha Hotsauce, and Zepee.

In true Drag Race fashion, the contestants were announced to the world with an accompanying ‘Meet the Queens’ promo video that gives the fandom a bit of a taste when it comes to each queen’s personality and style.

Of course, Pangina Heals is returning to host and judge the upcoming season. During the (unfortunate) hiatus, Pangina Heals has kept busy by competing in Drag Race UK vs. the World, as a Lip Sync Assassin in RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars season 8, headlining Tongue Thai’d, and featuring in RuPaul’s Drag Race Live in Las Vegas.

Fans around the globe got to know about Pangina Heals with the debut of the first season of Drag Race Thailand back in February 2018, with the winner being Natalia Pliacam. It was quickly followed by a sophomore season in January 2019, with Angele Anang winning the crown. It’s going to be very interesting to see Angele Anang return after so many years to pass the crown to the winner of the upcoming third season. Talk about a long reign!

While fans wait for DR Thailand to continue, Drag Race Espana season 4 is said to premiere on September 22, 2024, with Drag Race UK season 6 planning to debut on September 26, 2024.
