Syfy has announced that SurrealEstate season 3 will premiere on April 3, 2025. As a fan of this supernatural show, I can’t wait to see what the Roman Ireland Agency will be put through this time around.

The premise of SurrealEstate deals with Luke Roman (Tim Rozon) operating a real estate agency that specializes in selling haunted properties. The catch is that the supernatural actually exists in this fictional world, leading to Luke and his handful of skilled staff members facing a whole lot of trouble to ensure a property is safe to be sold.

The first season debuted back in July of 2021. The fan-favorite show got cancelled, only to be brought back later (which is extremely rare in the TV space), with the second season premiering in October 2023. And now the fandom’s ready to enjoy the third outing come April 3, 2025.

The sophomore season dealt with the growing professional tension between Luke and Susan Ireland (Sarah Levy) with Susan being trapped by a haunted house and the team needing to come together to save her. The finale had Luke respecting Susan as his partner and renaming the business to the Roman Ireland Agency. It was a happy ending, but happiness can’t last, especially in a world that continues to have some dangerous demons and other entities.

According to the promotional material for SurrealEstate season 3, the story will pick up three years after the events of the second chapter. Frankly, I wasn’t expecting such a timejump, but I’m intrigued to see what creator George R. Olson has planned.

Here’s the trailer!

If the video is blocked in your country, you can watch the trailer below!

The show continues to keep its humorous nature mixed with some hard-hitting moments and spooky thrills. Apparantly, a demon is out to get Luke through a character named Mr. McNeil. With the demon calling our male lead “Little Luke”, there’s likely some history between the two. Also, yes, to Susan using more of her supernatural abilities. I really want the show’s world-building to flesh out the existence of other people with similar superhuman powers.

Clytemnestra Lomax (Elena Juatco), the new recruit from season 2, is still working with the agency and so is August Ripley (Maurice Dean Wint). Zooey L’Enfant (Savannah Basley) is also part of the cast. A number of fans want Zooey to tap into witchcraft. So, let’s see what type of character development she will have.

The only one missing (unless I failed to notice him in the trailer) is Phil Orley (Adam Korson). I liked how the series handled the queer representation through Phil and his husband Anthony (Paul Ewan Wilson). The two adopted a baby girl during the second season. Phil also accepted a job in Rome. So yeah, I hope Phil and Anthony haven’t been completely written out of the show. We will find out soon enough.
