You Can Now Rescue Dinosaurs In “Jurassic World Primal Ops”

Announced in May, the dinosaur rescuing adventure game Jurassic World Primal Ops is now available for fans on their mobile devices. Are you ready to protect dinos from greedy mercenaries?

The gameplay featured in Jurassic World Primal Ops is about not only rescuing dinosaurs but also recruiting certain dinos to your team to help defeat a bunch of bad guys. The free-to-play game, which includes in-app purchases, can be downloaded right now from the Google Play and App Store.

As with such types of games, you have the ability to upgrade your main human character as well as the dinosaurs in your team. Leveling up the dinos makes them more powerful. From what I could see, leveling up the human characters unlocks new accessories for stat boosts.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the game seems to be set after the events of Jurassic World 2. Your job is to travel across North America to rescue dinos from mercenaries and poachers. The team is composed of Adriana Santos, the Eco Technician; Brodie Booker, the Paleo Veterinarian; and Mike Riley, the Game Warden. Missions vary from infiltrating enemy camps, gathering intel, and rescuing wild, wounded, or captured dinos.

Having dinos in your team allows you to face a bunch of challenges. Certain dinos are good at attacking enemies while others are meant for clearing out a path. I did play the first 20 minutes of this game. You can watch the video below!

I can definitely see the appeal of such a title. There are a bunch of people out there who like such “collecting” games. Also, it’s fun to see your dinos kill enemies while your human character is all about using a tranquilizer gun.
