I’m a fan of the DC Comics-inspired titles from Downtown Bookworks. With the holidays fast approaching, the publisher is ready to release five new exciting books for everyone! Get ready for a Downtown Bookworks DC Holiday!
One of the things I enjoy about the titles from Downtown Bookworks is that they’re fun for both kids and grownups. The Downtown Bookworks DC Holiday releases include two new activity books and three titles focusing on the DC Comics’ trinity Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman.
Awesome Activities For Super Heroes by Sarah Parvis has more than a 100 fun-filled activities that can help stimulate the mind. Activities include mazes, cracking codes, designing gadgets, and more. It’ll retail for $14.99 US and will be available on October 10, 2017.
Color Me Powerful by Sarah Parvis focuses on the heroines of DC Comics. You can draw your own hero, come up with your own story, and do other activities that encourage confidence and imagination. It’ll retail for $12.99 US and will be released on October 10, 2017.
The Big Book of Batman and The Big Book of Superman by Noah Smith and The Big Book of Wonder Woman by Julie Merberg focuses on the iconic trinity from DC Comics. Featuring a shiny foil cover, the three picture books showcase character backstories, allies, enemies, gadgets, superpowers, and more. They’ll retail for $16.99 US each and will be available by November 24, 2017.
