Warner Bros. Suspends ‘The Flash’ and ‘Supergirl’ Showrunner Andrew Kreisberg Due to 19 Sexual Harassment Allegations!

The CW Arrowverse Showrunner Andrew Kreisberg suspended sexual allegations

Warner Bros. has suspended Andrew Kreisberg — the co-creator and executive producer of The CW’s DC superhero TV shows such as Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow — over 19 sexual harassment allegations. Another day, another sexual harassment reveal. Sigh!

Andrew Kreisberg has been accused of engaging in a pattern of alleged sexual harassment as well as inappropriate physical contact over a period of years. The claims are from 15 women and 4 men.

“We have recently been made aware of allegations of misconduct against Andrew Kreisberg,” the Warner Bros. TV Group said in a statement. “We have suspended Mr. Kreisberg and are conducting an internal investigation. We take all allegations of misconduct extremely seriously, and are committed to creating a safe working environment for our employees and everyone involved in our productions.”

There is nothing more important to us than the safety and well-being of our cast, crew, writers, producers and any staff,” Greg Berlanti’s company Berlanti Prods. said in an official statement. “We do not tolerate harassment and are committed to doing everything we can to make an environment that’s safe to work in and safe to speak up about if it isn’t.”

These allegations against Kreisberg are the latest addition to the series of accusations against many entertainment figures.

Ellen Page came forward with her story against director Brett Ratner. Furthermore, claims against DC Comics longtime editor Eddie Berganza have surfaced. Even Star Trek favorite George Takei has been accused!

While unfortunate, I hope these allegations can help make everyone more aware of the sad truth involving certain people in positions of power and why they should be held accountable for their actions. The studios are definitely not playing around.

Netflix has severed ties with Kevin Spacey. Even Warner Bros. parted ways with Brett Ratner.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor, Terry Crews has also filed a police report alleging sexual assault by a male high-level Hollywood executive.

In other news, Tom Hanks continues to be accused of being nice!
