“The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,” “Loki,” and “WandaVision” Trailers Are Here!
We were debating whether we’d get a Falcon and the Winter Soldier trailer or a WandaVision trailer. We got both! And, SURPRISE, Loki is there too!
Look. I’m a Bucky Barnes stan. I love him and everything about him. When Falcon and the Winter Soldier was first announced, I practically cried. I’m not kidding and I am not ashamed. Just the very concept of this show sent my heart thundering out of my damn chest.
And now we have a trailer. Oh, God! We have a trailer.
And Bucky looks GOOD. I was iffy on the hair cut and clothing choices that we’ve been getting from the set pics. I like my Winter Soldier a bit disheveled and a bit out of time. But you know what? This is fine. This is GREAT.
And Falcon throwing the shield? Perfection. I cannot wait to see him step into the Captain America role and carrying that torch. I’m sure I’ll cry a lot. Cap was my favorite Avenger, after all. So this is gonna hit me in the feels.
We didn’t just get a trailer featuring the part of the MCU that I stan the most (Bucky, Bucky, Bucky), but we also got WandaVision AND Loki too! This was way more than I was expecting! And I’m very happy with what we got.
WandaVision looks absolutely bizarre, just as I was expecting. It’s going to be a trip to watch for sure. I expect every episode to blow my mind and leave me confused as hell. Our girl is going through some trauma after losing the love of her life, and she’s going to use her super weird powers to mentally and emotionally heal herself. I’m really eager to see how they’ll balance the bizarre premise of the show with the extremely emotional baggage left over in the wake of Endgame.
And then that Loki snippet? Small as it might be, I’m still thrilled. It’s going to be absolute chaos.

Anyway, now that I got the screaming and crying out of the way about my boy Sebastian Stan out of the way, let’s break down what this means.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki are three Disney+ MCU related films that should tie directly into the film canon. This means you’ll probably want to subscribe to the streaming service soon if you want to keep up to date with the MCU overall. This is a bit of a controversial move on their part, but it is what it is.
As a side note, I hope Sebastian Stan’s little Instagram shade incident doesn’t hinder the show going forward. It truly looks amazing. And, I don’t know, these are some truths that Disney needs to hear maybe.
Like The Mandalorian, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will air weekly. It’s scheduled to have six episodes premiering in late 2020. WandaVision will premiere at some point after that and Loki is due in Spring 2021.
