A new trailer for John Wick 3: Parabellum has been released, and it features more Halle Berry and assassin dogs. I can’t wait to watch this movie come May 17, 2019!

John Wick has grown into quite a lucrative franchise, and I look forward to seeing where the story goes from here. Will we be getting a John Wick 4 along with the spin-offs that were mentioned? Depending on the role Halle Berry’s character Sofia plays, I hope she sticks around.

Here’s the new trailer for John Wick 3: Parabellum!

I love the callback to the famous line from The Matrix. I also like the use of color. Judging by the trailer, you can expect a lot of well-choreographed fight sequences utilizing a variety of weapons and hand-to-hand combat. Fingers crossed nothing bad happens to Sofia’s dogs.

The third installment picks up right where Chapter 2 left off. Wick is on the run and trying to survive being killed by an army of assassins. He reaches out to Sofia for help. I’m not sure, but I think Wick teaming up with Sofia is going to be the third act.

Along with Keanu Reeves as John Wick, the cast also includes Mark Dacascos as Zero, Jason Mantzoukas as fellow assassin Tick Tock Man, Angelica Huston as The Director, Ian McShane, Robin Lord Taylor, and Laurence Fishburne.

Director Chad Stahelski returns for the upcoming movie. While talking about the trained dogs and Berry, he said, “Rather than just have an actor walk in and the trainer give him a little piece of meat we actually decided well, forget that, Halle’s character owns these two dogs … So, she’s actually learning to be a dog trainer, to train the dogs, so when the dogs are on set it’s not looking at the trainer—they’re looking at Halle because Halle is the trainer.”

I can’t wait to see Catwoman in action with killer dogs!
