Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release Krypton: The Complete Second & Final Season on Blu-ray and DVD come January 14, 2020. The upcoming home release features bonus content for fans to enjoy.
Even though (unfortunately) the Kryton live-action series was canceled after the second season, fans can still look forward to collecting the home release next year. The Krypton season 2 Blu-ray and DVD will cost you $29.98 SRP (US) and $24.98 SRP (DVD) respectively. It will include two bonus featurettes titled“The Fate of Superman” and “Villains: Modes of Persuasion.” The second season is available to own on Digital via major digital retailers.
Also, for those wanting to collect the complete two-season series, there’s the Krypton: The Complete Series set on Blu-ray ($54.97 SRP) and DVD ($44.98 SRP) that will be released next year, too.
Here’s the official description for the second season:
Season two brings us back to a changed Kandor, locked in a battle over its freedom and its future. “Krypton has captivated audiences through its incredible action, talented actors, and impressive special effects,” said Rosemary Markson, WBHE Senior Vice President, Television Marketing. “We are excited to reveal Season two’s secrets, villains and plot twists, which will keep you glued to the screen, and wishing for more Krypton!”

You can read my review of the Krypton season 1 Blu-ray here. I enjoyed watching this show. It brought something new to the Superman lore and had well-written fictional women and queer representation. I wanted it to continue airing for a couple of more seasons.
