‘Super Lovers 2’ Gets Promotional Video For January 2017 Debut!
The official website for Super Lovers 2 has released a promotional video for the upcoming season. Check it out!
The video shows some scenes from the anime’s first season before moving on to what fans can expect from the second outing. It also previews the opening theme song “Sunny-Colored Melody” by Yūsuke Yata and The Four Kaidō Brothers. Here’s the promotional video!
Super Lovers 2 is set to premiere on 12th January 2017. The plot of the anime has to do with the budding relationship between Haru and his adoptive brother Ren. Though they don’t get along at first, they start to grow closer and better understand each other with time. The premise of season two has Haruko, Haru’s mother, saying that will take Ren back to Switzerland.
Feel free to read our review of the first season of Super Lovers. The age-difference might not be everyone’s cup of tea. However, if get past it, you’ll start to see what makes this anime so enjoyable.

A new character named Natsuo Shiba will make his debut in season two. He is the paternal cousin of the Kaidō siblings. He goes by the name “Natsu” when working as a host. Expect drama!
The closing theme song “Gyun to Love Song” will also be performed by Yūsuke Yata and The Four Kaidō Brothers.
