Here’s the official description:
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is an epic four-player co-op first person action game set in the Warhammer Fantasy Battles world. In this sequel to the critically acclaimed Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide, the five heroes have returned to take on an even greater threat during the End Times; the combined forces of the cowardly Skaven army and the barbaric Chaos faction. Vermintide 2 challenges players like never before by expanding the intense first-person combat with a new enemy faction, 15 new career paths, talent trees, new weapons, an improved loot system and more.
505 Games will bring the Deluxe Edition of Warhammer: Vermintide 2 to physical retail on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 11, 2019. It will be available for £39.99/€49.99/$49.99.
The game was released for Windows back in March 2018. An Xbox One and PS4 release followed in July and December, respectively.
Along with getting favorable reviews from the gaming community, it sold more than 500,000 copies in four days after the initial PC release. It was able to sell over 1,000,000 copies four weeks after the PC release.
As for Fatshark, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden and established in 2007, this independent developer is comprised of a team of 80+ experienced games developers, “who strive to create compelling interactive experiences.”
